The Bally Up Gang merch store is preparing for its first drop. Products marked Coming Soon cannot be ordered and no payment is collected. Final product prices, sizes, stock and dispatch information will be shown before checkout opens.
When checkout launches, the full order total, currency, delivery cost and available payment methods will be displayed before you confirm payment. A successful order will receive an on-screen confirmation and an order reference. Never send card details or banking passwords through Discord.
Available destinations, shipping prices, estimated dispatch times and tracking options will be published before the first drop opens. Delivery estimates begin after dispatch and can be affected by the carrier or the destination.
Purchases will be covered by the consumer guarantees that apply under Australian Consumer Law. If an item is faulty, unsafe, significantly different from its description or otherwise fails a consumer guarantee, the available remedy may include a repair, replacement or refund, depending on the problem.
A separate change-of-mind and sizing policy will be published before checkout opens. Nothing on this site is intended to remove rights that cannot legally be excluded.
The site may receive basic sign-in details from the account provider and stores profile information you choose to add, including your bio, profile picture and profile banner. If you make a purchase in the future, contact, delivery and order details will also be needed to complete and support that order.
Information is used to run member accounts, provide requested features, protect the site, support orders and respond to problems. Bally Up Gang does not sell member information. Necessary service providers may process limited information to provide sign-in, hosting, payment or delivery services.
You control the bio, profile picture and profile banner you upload. Do not upload another person's private information or content you do not have permission to use. You can change your profile through your member account. Contact an admin if you need help with account data or want to request account deletion.
Contact a Bally Up Gang admin through the official Discord for account, privacy or store support. After the store opens, include your order reference and a clear description of the problem. Do not send payment card numbers, passwords or identity documents through Discord.
